Izzat Consulting Engineers were engaged by Liverpool City Council to assess the condition and advise on appropriate structural remediation of Warren Serviceway Carpark. Izzat undertook a targeted investigation to obtain data on the condition of key structural elements and deficiencies.

This information was analysed and proposed remedial works were prioritised to allow for council to confirm the remediation scope based on budgetary constraints.
