Izzat was engaged to carry out the structural and civil design of a new residence in conjunction with Liquid Architecture Newcastle.

Our role included design of all structures and stormwater systems on a flood prone site. This included a concrete pool.Izzat carried out regular inspections during the construction process, and the project was successfully competed in 2018.
