Izzat was engaged to carry out structural design and documentation of this new two storey residence with courtyard area and lap pool located in Port Macquarie.

Site specific challenges included bushfire requirements, high wind loads and durability issues due to the location, therefore timber and concrete were utilised. The curved shape of the building provided unique views of the surrounded beaches and topography.

Izzat conducted construction inspections at critical stages. The project was completed in 2009.
