Izzat was engaged to carry out the structural design and documentation of new cliff top house in North Bondi in conjunction with CastlePeake Architecture.

The structure is multi-storey with concrete floors, steel and timber framing and masonry walls. Also rock anchored blockwork retaining walls. The project also includes a concrete pool that is integral with the house structure.

Izzat carried out periodic inspections for construction certifications. The house was completed in 2017.
