New single storey residence with two separate pavilions and joining deck located at Seal Rocks. Izzat was engaged to carry out the structural design and documentation of this timber framed building. Specific detailing was required for bush fire requirements. 

Construction inspections at critical stages was also carried out.

The project was completed in 2008.
