The project includes a 1200 seat auditorium, 2 full size basketball courts, a large stage and foyer, commercial kitchen, change rooms, gym room, class rooms for P.E and Languages and staff rooms.

The building design incorporates precast concrete flooring system supporting a sprung sports floor and sandwich panel roofing system spanning between steel portal frames. The design solution provided an economical construction system and eliminated separate framing elements for a suspended ceiling.

The main auditorium and stage areas use tilt panel concrete walls supported by steel structure.
