Izzat was engaged to complete the structural design and documentation of this new three story duplex in conjunction with Bourne Blue Architecture. The new three storey duplex features cantilevered polished concrete floor slabs, with Izzat carrying out the design and documentation of the concrete, masonry, steel and timber structure.

Construction inspections at critical stages was carried out. The project was completed in 2016.
