New single storey residence with courtyard areas and polished concrete floors.

Structural design and documentation of the new residence was completed by Izzat. The house is timber framed with brick veneer with an external timber deck and pergola structure.

Construction inspections were carried out at critical stages. The project was completed in 2012.
