Izzat is pleased to announce completion of a glass facade rectification of a 14 unit apartment complex in Elizabeth Bay. Izzat was first engaged to carry out an investigation of the existing steel framed glass facade and provide a condition report.

Izzat provided advice to the owners regarding a suitable staged process for the remediation of the facade. This included: 

• Preparation of the Remediation Scope and Technical Specifications. 
• Compliance with the Design & Building Practitioners Act 2020 (DBPA). 
• Management of the Tender Process. 
• Superintendence of the Works.
