This is a new two storey prestige residence completed in May 2017. Izzat were engaged to provide the engineering design and documentation of all structural and civil elements. Izzat enjoyed a collaborative design process working with Anthrosite Architecture.

Special elements included hydronically heated polished concrete floors, fly roof over the courtyard, large fireplace and various masonry feature walls. Izzat were given the privilege to see this project through to completion by carrying out regular inspections during constructions.
