Structural and remedial engineering design and documentation of alterations and additions to a heritage listed Art Deco home. The work included both internal modifications and remedial works to the existing structure.

Izzat carried out site investigations and provided repair specifications for the deteriorated heritage listed steel and concrete elements.

Construction inspections were carried out with work completed in 2010.
